Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Our Appointment cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Failure to provide adequate notice or non-attendance will result in the full appointment fee being charged. This fee will be based on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation and appointment reminder emails sent by One Dragonfly Ltd.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours before your booking!

Cancellations made within this window will be credited to your account (max. 1 credit per month, valid for 30 days)

If you do not cancel 24 hours prior, the session will be forfeited.

Make-up Sessions
Make-up sessions are offered as a courtesy subject to class availability. We will always try and accommodate your schedule, and appreciate your understanding.

Membership Rollovers

3-month commitment: 1 rollover session allowed.

12-month commitment: 2 rollover sessions allowed.
Holidays and freezes
​if you're planning a holiday, please ensure you use all your credits beforehand. No freezes will be granted. Regular attendance is a commitment to your health and wellbeing. Skipping sessions compromises the progress you have made - both physically and mentally. Regular attendance nurtures not only the body but also the mind and spirit, reinforcing the value you place on your own wellbeing.

This is out of respect for the time and effort we dedicate to you.

We have made countless sacrifices - missing our children's milestones, such as Sports Days, made special childcare arrangements, and gone above and beyond to honour our side of the commitment. We kindly ask that you hounor yours, too.

It's become increasingly clear that this dedication is not always matched with the consideration it deserves.

We are human too. All we ask is for a little compassion, understanding, and a mutual respect.

Workshops + Courses Cancellation Policy:
A refund (minus 10% admin fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date. For cancellations less than 28 days before the course or workshop there will be no refunds or transfers unless:
* the course/ workshop is full + your place can be filled from a waiting list, or
* you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note
In these cases we will refund the fee, minus 20% admin fee. All clients are asked to agree to One Dragonfly terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop. If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.

Retreat Terms & Conditions
You must ensure that payment for the specific Retreat you and your party wish attend is made in full by the date specified on the website. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any payments made, and the loss of your reservation.
Please note that cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the start date of the Retreat result in the loss of all monies previously paid. We kindly ask you to consider this policy before booking your spot. Thank you for your understanding.
This is a clear statement of our policy regarding unacceptable behaviour at our retreats. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if they behave in a manner that we deem unacceptable. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
Thank you for choosing our Retreat for your upcoming stay. We would like to remind you that you will receive an email with important health and safety rules and other information prior to your arrival. We kindly ask you and your party to carefully read and understand the contents of the email. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We work hard alongside our Retreat Chef to cater for dietary requirements. Please submit your dietary requirements on the booking form so our Chef can tailor the menu to your needs. Failure to do so may result in un dietary needs. Contact us if you have any questions.
When attending our Retreats, we kindly advise not to bring any items of special or high value. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of personal possessions.
If you are unable to attend our retreat, you may transfer your place to a friend or family. However, any attempt to resell your place at a higher price than we offer will result in the cancellation of your booking without notice.
You agree and acknowledge that:
a. an age restriction of 18 years and above apply for all Retreats.
b. cars parked on the premises are solely at the owner's risk. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss of property damage to vehicles while on site.
c. When booking a twin or king size room, please note that the room is intended for two or three people. In the event one person is unable to attend, we will make every effort to accommodate you in a occupancy room. Thank you for your understanding. If this is not possible you must:
- Contact us as soon as possible, to let us know the change in circumstances.
- Find a replacement within 14 days (if there are more than 14 days before the start of the Retreat)
- Allow us to find a replacement person on your behalf
- Pay the full amount for the twin or kind size room
Our Rights to Cancel or Reschedule
Retreats may be cancelled due to uncontrollable events. We will inform you promptly. Thank you for understanding.
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we reserve the right to reschedule any Retreat, change its location or content, or substitute the instructor(s) for another at any time. We will do our best to communicate any changes to you as soon possible and ensure that you receive a valuable and enjoyable experience.
If any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes are made as outlined above, we will promptly notify you via telephone, text or email. Our goal is to keep you informed and updated as soon as possible.
We will refund you the price of a Retreat you have booked or, if applicable, the affected part of it (for example, the cancelled day) if:
a. we cancel all or part of the Retreat in accordance to the above or, because a change to content of the Retreat means that we are no longer able to accommodate your or your attendees’ dietary requirements;
b. you have informed us at the time of booking of your or your attendees’ special dietary requirements, but we have not notified you that the Retreat you would like to book, is not actually suited to your and/or your attendees’ dietary requirements;
c. we reschedule or relocate all or part of the Retreat and you are or any member of your party is unable to attend as a result of the rescheduling or relocation of the Retreat.
We will not reimburse you for any travel or accommodation costs relating to a cancelled, changed or rescheduled Retreat.
Your Right to Cancel
Our Retreats all involve accommodation, catering and yoga-related services and we hold them on specific dates. The Cancellation Policy for Retreats is stated on the Website here. As our administrative hours are 09.00 – 17.30, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), notice received outside these hours will be treated as received on the next working day.
In certain circumstances we permit you to transfer your booking to friends and family members if:
a. you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start of the Retreat;
b. you provide the name and contact details of the person who will be taking your place;
c. the person taking your place accepts the same accommodation in your original booking and fulfills the eligibility criteria, and
d. a £25 administration fee is received for making that transfer.
Failure to attend a Retreat without prior notification of cancellation in writing and in accordance with terms of the Cancellation Policy for the specific Retreat as stated on the Website or leaving during the Retreat will result in a loss of any monies paid.
Thank you for considering our Retreat. We highly advise that you acquire suitable travel insurance before booking to ensure coverage in case of unfore circumstances such as bad weather, transportation delays or cancellations, illness, or bereavement. Some banks may travel insurance automatically, so please check with your insurance provider before booking with us.
