About Terri
Hi! My name is Terri and I teach yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork) and I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. I am a huge believer in holistic healing - making small changes to your mindset, movement and habits in order to bring about balance, reduce overwhelm and re-discover your vitality!

My yoga journey started when I lived in Vancouver, BC, I started attending classes of every kind of yoga - and I was instantly hooked! I felt regulated, strong and at peace for the first time in a long time and have remained a student to this day. Fast forward to living in the UK and the Universe (as it does) intervened and by chance I was introduced to an incredible and wise Tibetan Yoga elder and teacher. With a little convincing, I decided to train with her as a pranayama and mantra student and then teacher. I was so affected by the emotional and energetic effects of breathwork... I did the course twice!

After then completing a two year, 500hr teacher training, my real journey began and I've been developing my own yoga style ever since.
​
I primarily teach pranayama, nidra, hatha, vinyasa and chair yoga with influences from Kundalini and somatic based movement - drawn from the wisdom of many teachers, training, my own intuition and felt experiences of practices passed down through yoga lineages.

It's a privilege to teach and share the practices of yoga with people of all ages and abilities. After all, yoga is for every body! Looking forward to seeing you all on the mat!
