Marie Gay

Marie's Story

My name is Marie, and I'm a Pilates and yoga teacher passionate about helping others feel strong, balanced, and connected. I completed my yoga training in Greece, where I also spent a few months travelling and deepening my practice.

After this, I felt inspired to continue growing and followed my interest in becoming a Pilates instructor. Inspired by my love of nature, art, and dance, I bring a creative and mindful approach to my teaching, and I'm passionate about sharing this energy and everything I've learned with others.

My role as a mother brings me joy, perspective, and purpose, and I'm on a spiritual journey, always learning and growing while encouraging others to move with intention and reconnect with themselves.
