Lucy’s teaching blends breath awareness, thoughtful alignment, and an inclusive, calming energy that welcomes every body and every journey. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after time away, Lucy meets you exactly where you are, creating space for presence, progress, and peace. Expect a balanced practice that combines strength and softness, with intention and connection at its core.
Outside the studio, Lucy is a proud mum of two and a Nannie to Líla! A lover of healthy living, oat milk cappuccinos, and sunrise yoga moments that stay with you long after the mat is rolled away.
